    Magpul FAIL

    Has anyone else had issues with getting in touch with Magpul? I've tried their "Contact us" web form twice with no response. I tried calling them today and I get a recording that I've tried outside of the business ours, which is BS. 11am here is 1pm there, so in the 10am - 6pm CST hours.

    They probably took off early for July 4th. Try on monday

        As frustrating it can be one cannot contact a business within business hours, and I was on uod on last ten minutes before closing and then disconnected, I guess they so well enough to make employees happy letting them off early in an already anti gun country and they could use as much business as possible. I say country because they operate nationally.

          They've been great with me. Replaced worn out 308 mags without question and answered emails fairly quickly every time I've tried.

                    The rear of them, at the top, between the feed lips on the seam, tends to develop a small crack with time. I've had it happen to a bunch of them. So far, I haven't seen it affect function while in the rifle but it lets the feed lips pull apart a tiny bit and the top round can pop out much easier with impacts such as when dropped or tapped against things. They're a wear item and Magpul has replaced dozens of them with this crack at no charge to me, so no big deal. Part of occasional cleaning and inspection should be magazines as well as sights, batteries, extractor and ejector, etc. Simple maintenance and simple solution to a common small problem.

                        Tried that twice. I'll be avoiding purchasing anything from MAGPUL in the future.

                          Did you check your spam folder in your email?

                          I had experienced that before when contacting a company and their reply went to junk folder.
