It is still illegal (CA felony) to make, import, advertise for sale, or transfer (sell/buy/give/acquire/etc) large capacity (11+ round) magazines in CA. [PC 32310(a)]

Optics Planet is an anti-CA vendor and it is their policy to not sell/ship items they think are illegal in CA to CA residents (including people using a credit/debt card with a CA billing address with a shipping address in a State that is not CA).
^Cheaper Than Dirt and Sportsman's Guide also have this policy.
