    Extra parts question.

What do you do every time that you replace part of your tool, do you keep or do you sell it (most likely nobody is going to buy it ) or do throw it away?

I'm not sure what parts exactly that you are talking about. But if they're wear parts, like a spring or something, those get tossed. If I'm upgrading something and the old part is still good, I usually save it...throw it in a plastic ziploc and put a piece of blue tape on it and label it so I know what the hell it came off of. Cause things can get confusing when you start getting a lot of these things.

But I generally save the good stuff in case I ever want to change it back to stock, or the zombies come and the upgraded part breaks. It's good to have spares.

Come to think of it,,,the only "spare part" I keep on hand is a new Cotter Pin.

if it's still serviceable , I keep spare parts , they can be used to repair another gun , especially parts off M1911's , extra rifle stock for a sks , slings , recoil springs , grips , screws , etc
