    Quick gun sale question

Does the 5 transaction/50 guns limit apply only to PPTs or all sales including consignment to a store/auction house/non PPTs to out of state people (gunbroker)

Because I'm at 4/5 this year and want to know if I should just chuck all my stuff into one auction if consignments count toward number 5

I have never read or heard of any limit being enforced by DOJ, or by any FFL's.

If anything, cal guns members could be more dangerous as there may be some who feel they need to police fellow gun owners and report such activities.

      All sales.

But, as smittty notes, we don't hear about enforcement actions - though they are possible.

What you do outside of California isn't subject to California laws.

Or, perhaps, some of us know that internet access from prison is pretty limited, and providing information on risks allows better decision making.
