Used guns in San Diego?

Hello,

I recently moved and now that I'm a California resident I'd like to purchase a firearm here. I've noticed that gun stores here are nothing like the ones "back home".

Does anyone know of a place in/near San Diego (city) that has a good used gun selection? The couple of places I've been so far have been pretty anemic. I'm looking for a lever action rifle, so I thought it would have been easy.

Socal guns on Convoy has alot of lever action stuff..no idea if they're used but their customer service has gotten much better. Royal loan is a pawn shop in North Park that mainly deals with guns and they might have a few..super nice and knowledgeable guys.

Fine firearms in la mesa. Lots of used guns there. plenty of older lever, bolt and pump guns.

Finding used guns at a LGS is becomming more and more rare, fortwo reasons.

1) Selling guns is a last resort. I would rather sell blood/sperm/kidneys before I sold a gun

2) People have access to websites like this one, where they can sell things person to person for a reasonable price, rather than getting lowballed PawnStars style.

That pawn stars guy is the best..you could have Lincolns brain matter fully DNA tested and he'd offer you $50 store credit.

You might google dechiel firearms a nice guy in Chula vista who works out of his house.
El cajon gun, and there's a pawn shop on el cajon blvd hillcrest I think

i have found the best used guns is the market place on here.. bought and traded a few on here.

Try Royal Loan, they have new and used.

I vote for Royal Loan, on El Cajon Blvd., as well. Good folks there, but, a small selection of long guns.
The customer service at Southern California Guns, on Convoy, has improved over the last year, too.

Chase and the boys at Fine Firearms are always accommodating. I was in there the other day and saw several used lever actions. The Crossroads Gun Show at the Del Mar Fairgrounds is also right around the corner. They usually have a pretty good selection of used guns as well. Good luck.

If you want to travel a little, Duncan's Gunworks in San Marcos has a huge inventory of used guns.
