Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get your general consensus about something. Ive got 3 pistols chambered in 9MM (P228,P229R,Cw9) for convenience of ammo usage. I've always wanted a western single action pistol ever since my dad sat me down when I was a kid to watch his John Wayne collection on VHS. So I'm thinking right now is the best time, if I was to do it, to sell one of my pistols and buy a Ruger Vaquero .357. If I was gonna sell one, it would be the 229R. So If you guys were in my shoes, would you do it?

I wouldn't sell one of them, I'd wait another month or whatever amount of time it takes to get the money for the Vaquero outright. Never sell a gun that works."You can't stop insane people from doing insane things with insane laws. That's insane!" -- Penn Jillette

Keep them, save for the new.
I agree with yellowfin. You have broken in your SIG 229R and it feels right to you. Keep it and save longer.
I have an old SIG 229 DAO and to get the lighter trigger, bought another SIG 229(R) DAK. The 12# DAO trigger is still my practice gun. The DAK is my USPSA gun. Please, join the NRA.

I wouldn't sell a gun unless it was a big deal. Buying another gun can wait a month of 2 for u to get the money you need for it outright. Don't sellOriginally posted by KestryllThis guy is a complete and total idiot.
