    Help me decide please!

    I have this:

    Weatherby PA 08 Upalnd

    and this

    XD9
    (not my pics)

I'm thinking of getting something in .22, but not sure what. I'm thinking maybe a rifle (Ruger 10/22, Marlin 795, Savage 64), revolver (Heritage Rough Rider) or a pistol (Browning Camper, Ruger 22/45).

Money is a bit tight due to single income and having a 20 month old little girl so would like to keep it around 200 which would leave me with a rifle or the heritage revolver. Was leaning towards the revolver since I could practice with it for a few hundred rounds before shooting the XD and help with me since I kind of suck with handguns.

But then again a rifle would be nice to plink at a distance and I don't have one so...this is where you guys come in, help please!

Marlin 795 is a GREAT gun for the money. Get a few mags too, as you'll go through them quickly.

I like CCI AR Tactical for .22 ammo. Bit more expensive, but reliable and not as dirty as Blazer or the cheapie ammo from Remington, Winchester, etc.

Out of your list i'd go with the ruger 10/22. Its a real versatile weapon, Later on down the line you can get a kit to make it look like a g36 or another tactical weapon. I know its on my list, Once I recoup some funds.
