I've been told that certain towns have laws regarding any gun parts being sold or bought. I am just trying to be carefull.

PayPals Firearms Policy is wide open to interpretation. It is difficult to determine what parts or accessories are allowed and not allowed. I have never seen a detailed list, just examples. One such example of a prohibited item is "High capacity magazines" which is never defined.

Not true, my coworker just bought rifle stock and some bore snakes for me thru paypal. I've bought gun related stuff off of Ebay using paypal in the past also.
