Very positive experience with Mount Pleasant Arms.

I never really thought to much about where I do transfers until recently.

Making my first Internet purchase (on gunbroker no less) I was in the market for a good ffl. My brother had a very positive experience with mp arms and suggested using them. Since they were practically in my back yard I gave them a call and set things up.

This is where things went off course.

The item is sent to me but it wasn't quite as described. Peter contacted me right away to tell me about the issue. Unfortunately I was busy and wasn't able to see it in person right away. Then with out even asking he sent me quality pictures so I could contact the seller.

Things were settled pretty easily between me and the seller and I picked up my item a few days later.

To me this is going way above the customer service I've been used to from local shops lately so I can honestly recommend him to every one.

With all I read here about how crappy everyone's service is here I'm glad I found one of the good guys!

Giving Peter praise is both good and bad.

The good - Peter is a great guy and is more than happy to go out of his way to help you out. His prices are extremely competitive and his service is top notch. Several local gun stores seems reluctant to do transfers if you are not buying from them. Peter is a 45 minute drive for me and I gladly do it.
The best part is Peter sets up appointments so when you arrive you have his undivided attention. Not like a store where you have to wait until they are done with "buying customers"

The Bad - with all the god press about Peter it makes getting an appointment even tougher

Mt Pleasant has done my last 2 transactions and will do all going forward
