i have a medium size pistol stack on pistol safe. i wanted to keep it in house but in a spot not in the open. i put for now in master bathroom closet wall as far as away form the shower. i figure if our clothes, belts etc. don't seem to get moisture or metal parts belts and bags don't rust then it would be ok for the safe with guns. i have a pack inside for extra protection. should i do more to protect guns or should i remove safe from there. i have heard about putting guns in ziploc bags? what do you think?

Why not put in master bedroom closet.
I would not want my guns in a bathroom. And moisture packs are useless in a bathroom. Too much moisture to expect them to work. Your belt buckles, purse hardware, luggage don't rust because they are not high carbon steel and are plated and lacquered.
Put it into the closet.Starve the beast, move to a free state.

i have a few rifles in those borestore and its been a good 10 plus years. i recently pulled them out to check them and there is not one bit of rust on them and the internals look great.
mail order them. most gun shops dont carry all the sizes.Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.
