at bolt carrier question?

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1334711277.199813.jpgwhen putting the bolt carrier together. when you put the cam pin in then twist 90degrees correct? then you put the firing pin in all the way through? but with my lr308 if I turn the cam 90 degrees the hole is closed so the firing pin won't go through. am I doing something wrong? hope that makes sence.
