    ammo dealer not sending ammo

I placed an order of 1000 rounds of 300 blackout about four weeks ago and the place where I ordered the ammo is not returning any of my phone messages.. I was supposed to recieved my order on the 3rd of this month. The place already charge me the amount 0f 580.00 dollars to my credit card..I already talked to the credit card people and I was told not worry about it, they are going to cover the lost. what can I do about it..

First is to name the place. this thread ain't gonna go far without their name.

As a preliminary thought though, why are you worried if CC company says they are handling it? If they are indeed handling it, order more ammo from a better company.

The place is www.profiresupply.com/pricelist.pdf and I have not heard from the supplier. I don't see what the point is not sending the ammo that I order. He is opening himself to a bad reputation and possibly to legal BS, if they keep doing bussines like this..Is it worth it to go after this people with a law suit---basically they are comming fraud..

You know, I just have to ask, why didn't you go with a reputable dealer?? Like one that's well known

I will be doing that next time. It just pisses me off that a company is doing this kind of shady bussines..

the site/company seems shady, ya you should buy from a well known company. sorry about what happen, just keep an eye on your CC for a while, to make sure no more fraud gets added to your card

I told the cc to put a hold on any charges on that particular company, so far no more charges..Is just friking frustrating for people to do such things. I also found out that he is a frequent on indiana shooter web site, similar to this one..I'll be expressing some of my discontent on that board regarding his bussines practices..
