malfunctioning magazine

I recently bought a smith and wesson 22A from Turners. I've put approximately 1000 rounds through it and yesterday the cartridges started to get damaged (fouling the gun) upon entry to the chamber. i noticed it only happened with one magazine.I don't see any visible difference between the two magazines and i dont have the slightest idea how to fix it. My question is do you think I could ask Turners to replace the magazine? Its been about 2 months since I bought it.
