    AK74/Siaga 5.45x39

So I finally put one together and I have to say it is my favorite. Cowitnessed with PA red dot and Ultimak with a Bulgarian AK74 brake and the super low recoil of 5.45 this thing is sooooo controllable! I love love this round not to mention the price!

Pics was taken out of state
    ( Nevada)

One thing I hate is having to clean corrosive ammo but like I said I love this thing!

Looks pretty good. How is it for accuracy? I don't know a lot about that rounds ballistics?

I thought about one but like you said, corrosive ammo can be a pain.

1.5-2" at 50 meters using surplus

Certificate says 88mm 4 rounds at 100 meters

What was your cost putting one together? I have been drooling over one of these for a while.

It has become my favorite gun! I own other AKs in 7.62x39 and .223 and can tell you 5.45 is my favorite no recoil nasty terminal ballistics accurate out to 500 meters cheap ammo it cost me $465 and bought the comp for $20 spent another $500 on ammo!

Hey, for your optic,is it absolute cowitness with a low mount?

I'm trying to figure out if I need a high mount as I want to run 1/3 lower cowitness.

I want a 74 style now, although the look of the Hungarian steel handguards for the 47 build I did stole my heart to build that instead of a 74. The low recoil sounds great.

I use an Ultimak and primary arms micro on all my AKs it's a lower 3d CW and not absolute

You have to install a bullet guide I think it's called Danzig arms? And add 3 us parts Ultimak being one to make it r922 compliant. Be sure to add an AK brake a real one I got a Bulgarian one only thing I don't like I'd having to clean with windex and boiling water ( corrosive ammo)

So you are running a low mount on the ultimak and you are getting lower 1/3 cowitness?
