New gun store found

[Striper 05]

Went to Turners in Signal Hill yesterday. There handgun cases were bone dry! They had a few consignment guns but new handguns were non existent.

Did a google search for local So. Cal. gun shops when I got home and found a nice family owned business "Glenn's Rod n Gun" in Costa Mesa.

For a small shop they had a nice selection of handguns, long guns and shotguns. Also had gun accessories and cleaning supplies too!

Customer service was good and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Free plug for a mom and pop store.

I've been buying fishing stuff at glen's tackle store for years and was thrilled when he started selling guns. They are also on gallery of guns and have some of the best prices on that site. Bobby is a good guy and if you need anything gun or fishing related give them a shot.

It's always nice to have more options in gun stores around here. Thanks for the heads up! I'll have to check them out one of these days.

I agree. Bobby is a very good guy. And honest as the day is long.
I have known him for 15 years. And the sum***** can catch fish using taco meat. He is an amazing fisherman. I was stoked when he got his FFL.
Hmm. May have to go there to buy anudder gun of sorts.

AND:

There is a Pawn Shop 2 doors down from Bobby's sporting goods store that has long guns for sale as well. The owners are excellent fellas and collectors as well. I have known the owners Don and Ken for better than 20 years.

How can you go wrong. 2 gun shops within 50 feet of each other.

Cheers,
