    Buying PPT

    Good mornning all,

    I have a question about buying a used gun as PPT that were going to do today and my question is I have 1 in DROS now that started on tuesday and now this PPT,Couldnt pass up this deal.

    How would you handle the situation.

    will the FFL hold it for the 30 days or what ?

    PPTs don't count. They're exempt from the 30 day rule. And the 30 day rule only applies to hand guns.
