Any ideas what a 6" SS anaconda in central ca might be worth? Or could you point me somewhere I might find out? Thanks

If you are selling to me, about $100. Seriously, I just checked gunbroker and there are a bunch with fantasy pricing (and no bids) and one currently bid at $600 with 16 hours to go, another at $750 with 4 days to go. You might want to be a little more specific and include condition. Of course, you may be getting offers by pm by now!

That's about right. Though NIB with all papers, contents, etc., without a turn-ring, I've seen people asking up around $1100 in CA. Do they get that price? That's another story. They are not too rare and can be found by consignment. I see them up for sale on a regular basis, and they are not as hot or hard to find as a NIB Python may be. Also, they were on the CA DOJ approved list for a little while along with the Elite Python in SS. I don't think it's on there now days.

        Ah! And don't forget! .44MAG or .45LC - the other thing to look for with these. I have 2 4-inchers in .45LC and one 6 inch in .45LC. Also have a 4" and a 6" in .44MAG.

(I assume the OP has a .44MAG because he DIDN'T mention....).

I bought it in 95. It has a slight turn-ring, but other than that it is in great shape with no scratches. 44 mag. Still have case and manual. Been fired less than 100 rounds.

Not as desirable as a Python... $700 was typical for about a year ago.
