    The People's Gun

A historical perspective by Michael Hodges on the impact of the AK-47: http://media.news.com.au/multimedia/...ex.html?id=674

    Most pics safe for work.

I am certainly adding this new book to my Christmas list, after viewing the pictorial

Yes, very well done, unbiased at least the interview. Didnt think I would ever build and own a WMD.
I have neither the inclination or the time to relieve people of the regional and ethnic handicaps that they inherited from their ancestors.

really good video. loved it. the AK is really cool IMO. the author pretty much had everything down. it explains why there's so many of you guys with AK's - once you get it in your blood you can't turn back, like HIV!

Great interview. I haven't grown that attached to my AK after a year and a half of owning it. Maybe I'll like her more after I shoot her. I really liked the part when he said "Even if you're 9, if you've got an AK you've become the most important man in the room"
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.

the trick is to have both like a yin yang. I can't imagine getting rid of either

A few feg rifles have smooth top covers on the akm and amms but they're rare and I've been looking for pictures of one since I have a kit.
