    Reno shops

Two coworkers and myself are headed up to Reno tomorrow night for an industry showcase. When we get done with the show on Sunday & Monday we were wanting to check out some gun shops. Can you fellow Calgunners recommend any shops we need to visit?

Cabelas, right off the I-80,on the way up to Reno, or on the way back, would be a good place to pay a visit.

Also, you might want to try The Nevada Armory, in Sparks, right outside Reno.

the shops up there aren't that big of a deal. You might find a few things we don't have here. Silver State Armory is off of Plumb and Moana. Don't be surprised if some want to see ID before letting you handle anything and then refusing once they see a California ID. Also, sportsmans warehouse on the other corner of plumb and moana is nice.

Does anyone know if they sell 30 round magazines? Looking for a 30 rounder for my Colt 22lr. Planning to block it before I bring it back to Californis.

The people at Mark Fore Strike are very friendly and polite. They remember me when I come in from CA. Def check out Sheels just for the heck of it, that place is awesome and the people there are friendly too.

The two best stores are U.S. Firearms Academy in Reno and Bizarre Guns in Sparks.

Is Shooters Shack still open on Wells Ave? I purchased several guns there when I lived in Reno.
