Is it a RAW or is it not a RAW?

If it's a RAW you can legally sell it out-of-state or sell it to a CA FFL dealer with an assault weapon permit.

If it's not a RAW, contact a lawyer.

If I understand correctly and it's not a RAW, it's not supposed to be in the state to be available for sale or other use.
