I have a semi-auto Italian 38A, regular hunting stock and 16" barrel. Before I move to Cal, can I cut down an original 30 round mag and rebuild to 10 rounds? I want to be able to take this gun to a range and not brea any laws. The question is: are cutdown mags okay?
