Interesting comparison. Certified by who though? What about lmt? Or jp or many others? What are you using it for? What is your goal? What is your budget? 50 yds? 500 yds? Fan boi or realist?

Thanks for the input, please read the thread again, its a simple broad comparison, of the two spefic makes YHM vs BCM.
I am not in need of one or the other, I have a few AR' in 6.8/5.56/6.5/ BUT I love HK's Marlins.

BUT BUT Lets stay on point here; a simple broad comparison, of the two makes YHM and BCM, not an sos for DIY help.

Certifed: organizational; for example lets say you work for AECOM or STANLEY or JACCOBS, your a DOD contractor they certify us in various ways as mechanics or assemblers at depots contracted to clean & repair small arms. My point there is proffesionals.

      thnx

        Which upper to which upper.

Here is what you are asking...

Ford truck against Chevy truck...which is better? Now also keep in mind in this question Ford and Chevy only have a few models... think about that question if both Ford and Chevy had HUNDREDS of different combinations that a buyer could use on the trucks and assemble themselves...and actually sold a dozen different factory made trucks.

I think I know what you want to hear so here goes...
BCM is mil-spec. YHM is mil-spec. BCM is not truly certified as per mil-spec. YHM is not truly certified as per mil-spec. BCM has uppers that are 100% identical to military issued uppers. YHM has uppers that are 100% identical to military issued uppers. BCM has uppers that are not even close to what the military issues. YHM has uppers that are not even close to what the military issues. BCM has a CAGE code. YHM has a CAGE code. BCM has sold items to the military. YHM has sold items to the military.

        hope this helps...

Seems like there are some questions to be answered prior to answering maybe?
