Pawn Shops in CA

An employee of a pawn shop in CA told me that none of them in the state are allowed to sell firearms anymore.

Is this FUD? I keep seeing threads here about finding awesome deals at shops...

He did have a new AimPoint in the display case, though. Not discounted much.

If they have an FFL and a CA-license, don't see why not.

Total FUD. Here in Los Angeles, the city has an ordinance banning the sale of firearms from pawn shops. Out side of the city however, I have found a few pawn shops with killer deals.

The only Pawn shops in the area that I know of which deals with guns is Parn Mart in Norwalk and Once A Pawn A Time in Glendale...any others?

FUD. My local pawn shop used to. They just up and decided they didn't want the license anymore which is why they don't sell. Oh well.
