i use photo bucket. you upload and then copy the IMG address that is located below each photo you uploaded.

I like to use the forum software to upload the photo as an attachment, then you click on the attachment and it will open in a new window. Copy the address in the address bar of that window and then paste it into the photo link dialogue that pops up when you hit the photo button on the top of the reply box.

No photo hosting site required.
