    I need a recommendation, guys.

I'm looking for an online distributor that will ship an AR15 lower to an FFL in San Diego. AIM Surplus won't ship a Spike's Tactical lower to CA (they're priced at like $79), and so far the fun shops in the area that have lowers are charging $299 and above. Can ya help a homie out?

I believe Rifle Gear has two Spikes lowers for $100 before shipping n' everything. One should be the spider with colorfill on the bullet diagrams and the other is the zombie lower. Actually, I think the zombie one would cost more. They also have an Aero precision lower for $79.

Turners has JD machine lowers on sale all the time, heck JD has them for $130, so I'd suggest looking around a little harder

I was looking for Spike's/Aero Precision lowers (both are made by the same company anyway). Riflegear sounds like a good deal; if they don't have anymore, I'll hit up Turners.

$299+ should be a complete lower...not stripped. I suspect some miscommunication.

With the $50+ transfer, you're generally better off locating something local off-the-shelf.

I got my JD lower/upper stripped receivers for less than that, I got mine from DeChiel Firearms, he's down in your area too.

Can't you just buy one from Parallax Tactical?
                That's what I did.
My stripped Aero Precision lower was $89.95 + tax & dros
They have others to choose from to.

+1 for Parallax Tactical. I bought my Spikes stripped lower for just over $100. Bought the Spikes complete upper and LPK from them too. In fact, since it was my first AR, they even let me build it there and walked me through the whole thing.
