I am looking to get some work done on one of my Glocks. I called Glock today and they said that I need to talk to a certified Glock armorer to get the parts I need. I was told unless I worked for an agency and had a request on letter head from an agency that I could not order what I wanted from Glock direct. No, I am not looking for a suppressor! Just simple stuff. If you are a Certified Glock armorer in Orange County area could you pm me and I will send you what I am looking to do. Thank you.

Supersonic (member here) is a Glock Armorer, but I don't recall where he is. Might be worth a PM.Guns, dogs and home alarms. Opponents are all of a sudden advocates once their personal space is violated.

Both of those parts are obtainable from aftermarket sources like the ones already named in this thread. Swapping the parts is pretty easy with the right tool. Being a former Glock armorer, I recommend the Glock tool... not because it's sold by Glock but because while the work can be done with a punch, most punches don't like to be used as prying tools and sooner or later break.
Here's an example of the extended slide stop, and here's an example of the connector and they even have a video to show you how to install the parts. BTW, you shouldn't have to drive the pins out as shown on the video... wiggling the slide stop lever as you press your takedown tool against the trigger pin and it should pop out for you. The other two pins should press out with hand pressure on the takedown tool.Last edited by Grumpyoldretiredcop; 03-05-2012, 11:38 PM.I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!Comment

Midway has the Lone Wolf 3.5 connector in stock."[T]he liberties of the American people [are] dependent upon the ballot-box, the jury-box, and the cartridge-box . . without these no class of people could live and flourish in this country." -- Frederick Douglass (1892)Comment
