I go into a Big 5 and see a Mosin M38 in awsome (Marked as an M44 I might add
) condition. I say I wanna buy it.
So the guy behind the counter goes and gets the Co-Store director. She looks at my I.D. and says "Do your parents know you are buying this?"
I was shocked and told her it did not matter and that I am an adult. She said she would not sell it to me and would not give me any reason at all. I asked if she thought I was doing a Straw purchase and she said no. She also said she knows there is a Background Investigation so she knows I have to pass that.
In the end, she talked to me like a child and would not sell me the rifle. I was furious, cause now I will have to wait 11 days from today should I choose to buy this rifle.
I am right now calling Customer Service too see what they can do. Employee discount maybe?
