Why is Calguns SO SLOW?????

For what ever reason, it's slow on my Mac, but not on my PC...

Server transition blows I believe.

It's been slow off and on, from different computers (PC & Mac), different locations, and different connections (wired and wireless). The other day I basically couldn't use it though, it took literally minutes to load a page. Don't have the patience for that.

Past month Calguns has been really SLOW. Ever since the server change over.

I am using Cable Internet at home. I average 30mpbs.

What gives??

The more caffeine you consume the slower it goes.

IMO Calgun is just like any other web site, the more users the slower the network works. In the evening when there are >500 users it starts to slow down. Lots of Calgunners out there and the pipe is only so big. Just my 2 cents.

That may be true, but this started happening AFTER the server change. It's Saturday afternoon and I'm still averaging 30 seconds to a minute from clicking on a link here. Other websites are fine, so I know it's not me.

Nope, it's been going on for quite a while, it just got more rapid after the server changeover.
