Mosin Nagant bent bolt

I loved my bent Bolt, looked just like that one. Not the flimsy one that gets bolted to the bolt. I didn't sell my old one. I just kept it in a box. When I sold my M44, I told the buyer if I ever found the original Bolt (matching numbers) I would give it to him. A year later I found it...LOL I looked in my history here and found the buyer. I think he was surprised I was going to give it too him for free after so much time had past. The Bolt meant nothing to me, but to him it meant he had the original Bolt that was issued with the Rifle.
Keep the original. Use the "Bent Bolt". -
That's insanity.
It's obviously a repro, not original. It doesn't even look like the original. You can get a VERY high quality repro from Accumounts for $129.00, and it actually looks like the original one. The guy from Accumounts does good work and gets some very high quality repro Mosin stuff. Good service, good parts, quick shipping and reasonable prices.
Those people bidding on the ebay part are idiots.NRA Life Member

Holy Cow... I didn't even check the price...
I bought mine for like $50 shipped... Mine was an actual Bolt that the guy heated and stretched.

IMHO, these two guys are either addicted to bidding or the same guy holding the auction.Comment

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
