do-all ground targets

My wife got me a top hat ground target and that thing rocks. I've peppered it with 40, 22lr, and 223 so far and its chugging along. Great little targets for desert and private property shooting. I guess if you put them on a string they would be good for more conventional range use.

Yeah have one. They are cool out in the desert. It is the roundish ball. Try and see how far you can roll it along. It's been peppered with .22 up to 5.56 and it still looks good.

we camp out in Nevada, me & the mrs have a contest with one of those, we stand about 7' apart or so and start unloaded, we load & try shoot the reactive target before the other does & keep it moving fast & having 2 extra mags each we shoot till empty. It's fun fast target acquisition, totally recommend using one to practice with especially with 2 or more people.
