I'm thinking of buying one of these.
They make them in a shop up in Bowling Green, and they are perfectly legal to purchase here. I was there the other day looking for a source for metal, angle iron, square tubing and so forth, when I realized that these were the guys I met at the gun show here some months ago. He remembered me! He brought out the rifle for me to examine up close and personal. I was SOOOOO tempted to write a check and take it home that night, but I just spent $4K on a HyperTherm Powermax 85 Plasma cutter for my CNC machine, and the thought of spending $10K in one day was alarming!
I'm seriously thinking about this though. You guys who know more about guns than I do, if you would read up on the specs and give me your opinion ... I have the money. I just don't know if this is a quality weapon. The whole thing is made in a shop with CNC machines except for the barrel. I really like it, and it is aluminum, so it doesn't weigh as much as you might think.
It comes with a standard scope for about $5K, or a Leupold (sp?) scope for about $6500.00, including a carry case.
