How do I go about selling a rifle, Remington 7400 30.06, what are the laws, Ive never sold a gun since all the new laws. Last gun I sold was 20 yrs ago, in a garage sale, when you could do that.

That sucks, I've had it for at least 7yrs, and never fired it. Just sits in the safe, where i guess it will sit til i kick the bucket. Never fired it, because after i bought it, my hips need replacement and difficulty walking.

Yeah the good old days are gone, but if you really wanted to sell it you might want to think of listing it in the Private forum here on Calguns. Before doing that call a few places around you and see if they can accommodate your handicap for a PPT (technically all they need from you is your ID, signature, and a thumbprint). I know CenterMass in Vacaville has a table and chairs right in the lobby so you could have them come out to you for that part. The biggest part to fill out is on the buyer. See if they will let you do your part and go first.
