Crossroads of the west gun show

Anyone going to this weekend? Any heads up I should know about? Parking? Pricing? Vendors to buy from and stay away from? Etc?

This weekend? You mean the Feb 11th-12th show in Ventura?

Parking is $5, admission should be $10. You can buy online for $9 and it says they are good for both days.

As for vendors, I have no idea. Just shop around and use your best judgement. I've never been out right ripped off to my knowledge, but I have a few gun show purchases I probably regret if I gave it thought.

          Sounds familiar...

Did not notice their Costa Mesa show this weekend... No idea about parking, but tickets are showing $13 online for both days with discount, $14 otherwise.

As for vendors, same as my post above.

Costa Mesa would have powder and primers, no? I've gone to the Ontario show once and none of that was allowed there.

1.) parking is free, $5 parking is for lazy people who don't exercise
2.) Miwall has best prices on ammo usually
3.) Quantico Tactical has great prices on new rifles, but watch out for everything else they sell
4.) Stop by with a list of what you need and check prices before you buy...its usually that you pay for something at one table, go to another table and find the same thing for much less

No I think he's talking about the trade show for the hobby we all love so much which is why we contribute to an online forum. Don't be a douche. I go to this show every time because it's local and fun

Free parking is on the marketplace side of the fairgrounds and is not much farther of a walk. Off of Fair Dr.

Try out the Crossroads shows in Nevada. No lines, fairly priced food and coffee (ok, the coffee is 50 cent over priced), easy parking.

Not sure how bad the lines are in the morning, but looks pricier to buy them online since they charge a $2 service fee per ticket. I don't recall seeing this before, but I usually just walk in. Might be worth the fee if there's a long line in the morning. I recall the afternoon is usually not that bad to get in.

Is the line usually long in the morning?

In the past the line has taken me 2 hours to get through to purchase a ticket there. I don't mind paying an extra dollar for the online ticket to walk right in.
