    What should I do?

So guys, here is my predicament. Over the weekend, I purchased a Winchester 94 in 30-30 in Carson City, Nevada. I had already called my local Big-5 and they had said that they would receive the rifle and handle all the transfer stuff. However, I just went by the same Big-5 today to confirm the transfer and they informed me that they wouldn't be able to do the transfer. Said they have never done that kind of transfer. I told them that I had paid $50 to ship it there and they said that they would have to reject the gun and that I would have to pay more money to get it shipped elsewhere. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks.

I dont know wich store you stoped by in Carson City but one of them also has a store here in Sac and can do the transfer there. Also just check with some other FFLs this should be no problem.

If the firearm is still in transit, perhaps you can have the seller reroute it to another FFL. I would also try to find out who you talked to initially at the Big5 and take it up with him/her.
