I did a search and could not find a previous thread. How do you guys in Calguns store extra magazines. I have a chunk of xtra magazines and am looking for a good way to store them. Right now I store them in baggies in a duffel, the duffel is officially too small now. So how do people store extra magazines?

Hide them throughout the house for "just in case I need it".

I also use plastic painters sheet to wrap mags in. Cut to size. You can wrap 5 mags at a time.Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.

I load them up and leave them in the walls when I do sheet rock. That way when I need them most, I punch through the walls and grab a full mag as I go.

Hmm reading the answers I think I didn't explain well enough. These are not loaded mags just extras I have. The safe is pretty small so it does not have room for extra magazines. I hate storing them in the gun boxes they came with and a few guns there are more mags than space in the box.Comment

You could get one of those cheap stack on gun cabinets from big five.
they dont cost that much and there a great place to stash mags, ammo & stuff like that just takes up room in the safe.Comment
