Imagine trying to DROS 15-20 handguns, it might take over two years and what if they're not "safe" on the roster! Or is there some kind of special rules for sweepstakes like this (doubt it)?

The trick is double check the roster before selecting the pistols and revolvers that you want, and grab the single action revolvers since they are exempt from roster. You wouldn't have too much trouble getting the rifles and shotguns dros'd to you, but I can imagine you would be on some federal watchlist at that point. But I can see it taking a LONG time to get ahold of all your pistols figuring you would only be able to take possession of 1 every 30 days.
