    Fine Art Gun Book

check out who's who in the "likes" I have seen most of the images, I think this will be on par with Diane Arbus work, totally unvarnished. The teasers on the FB page are like 1/100th of the books total.

Most civilization is based on cowardice. It's so easy to civilize by teaching cowardice. You water down the standards which would lead to bravery. You restrain the will. You regulate the appetites. You fence in the horizons. You make a law for every movement. You deny the existence of chaos. You teach even the children to breathe slowly. You tame.

Some of the pics look pretty interesting. The FB page, for some reason, has a few pictures of tweaker looking chicks in bikinis holding guns.. looks like amature porn... Honestly, you would think the photographer would try and sell the book as art, instead of some kind of homemade girlz and gunz calendar..

Not to HJ the thread, but there is another book out called "Chicks With Guns". A little more formal.

^ I think the fine art aspect is more clearly defined in the above link. As for the OP's link, I talked to the author, and he seems genuine in his desire to present his subject. Should be worth a look. My beef is with the cover... A malnourished naked chick, or almost naked chick on the couch with two revolvers and an American flag....

I just feel like this type of stereotype or sensationalism isnt really helpful and doesnt really represent the majority of gun owners. I dont think I would put it on my coffee table... It may repel more people than it attracts.
