A while back my G17 sheared a slide ear off. Glock fixed it NO CHARGE and upgraded the rest.

End of 2001 to first half of 2002 is when Glock had a problem with the frame rails on many of their guns. This guys Glock probably fell withing the range of that recall since he mentioned shooting it for 9 years. If it was one of the "bad" frames, Glock would have replaced it before it broke.Comment
