cheapest place is your closet. Clothing you no longer wear and would throw away can be cut up and used as effective patches

Go to Home Depot or Lowes, buy the bags of cotton rags and cut them up to the size u need, far cheaper than pre cut.

^^^^this. I buy a couple sizes, but really all you need is some 12g shotgun patches, then cut others as needed.
