    Selling guns in a trust?

Got the following question from a buddy whose wife is the executor of a trust. The shotguns mentioned are part of that trust.

I did a search but didn't find anything specific. The trust also includes one S&W J Frame snubbie. I know anything that falls under C&R doesn't require any paperwork. Any input appreciated.

"Three shotguns, one a Browning Auto 5 12 Ga made in Belgium, I believe it said. Another 12 Ga, a Beretta Model A 501 that says made in Italy. A Beretta M1 Super 90 12 GA also made in Italy". I have no clue how to sell guns out of a trust. Any ideas? Any idea of the value of those?

Auto A5's can be 300-700 or more all depends on condition, configuration and such. The M1 Super 90 I'd say btwn 700-1000 depending on condition and accessories. The J frame could be btwn 300-500 depending on condition/barrel length/finish ect.

Selling the guns would be the same as any other firearms transaction, just the seller would be the [name of the trust] and the trustee would sign the paper work.
