Well today I decided to order up a Nodak Spud Waffle Mag body and floor plate for my retro M16A1. Of course it's not high price order but I have to say the gentleman that took my order was very professional but not friendly. Wonder if anyone else who has done business with them has experienced the same attitude?

I dealt with Harlan for the purchase of two stripped lower receivers. He was very professional and got it done.
I don't remember if he was "friendly."

As long as someone takes my order and ships in a timely manner, I don't care whether they're friendly or not. Heck, I'd prefer to submit an order via web form so that I don't have to deal with anyone directly

Nodak Spud only accepts orders via phone, email or fax. No internet order ability. I'm not a big fan of giving out my CC numbers over a non secure email / fax line.
