Question still stands, can a felonius actor handle a firearm if it had been modded to fire blanks? I dont think so, but I am trying to settle this with a freind. I'll be honest. I figured with the barrels blocked that it would no longer be considered a "Firearm" But after reviewing the full 18 USC 921. I'm not quite sure what to think considering it adds frame in there. But in the USC in some areas it refers to a firearm by the ABCD definitions. Perhaps its in there? If so I can't find it. But im tired as hell also.

in other conduct that would place an intimate partner in
reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner or child, except
that this paragraph shall only apply to a court order that -
(A) was issued after a hearing of which such person received
actual notice, and at which such person had the opportunity to
participate; and
(B)(i) includes a finding that such person represents a
credible threat to the physical safety of such intimate partner
or child; or
(ii) by its terms explicitly prohibits the use, attempted
use, or threatened use of physical force against such intimate
partner or child that would reasonably be expected to cause
bodily injury; or
(9) has been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of
domestic violence.

Its been one of those nights... I spent an hour and a half all like, **** mark walhberg etc.. only to find out that I had been watching matt damon...
I am actually proud I couldnt tell them a part, I think it speaks to my character...
