I hope it is better than last years SHOT. The layout was terrible last year and the selection of new items was bleh. I'm sure it will be great, seeing as how I'm sitting this one out. Have fun guys!

how do you guys get into shot show?

I've gone because I worked at a gun shop and the entire shop went. I've gone because, one organization I belong to and am very active in is always an exhibitor. So, I can get in and work the booth part time. Finally, I'm going this year under a friend's FFL just because it was easier and I don't feel that I have to work the booth as much. But, I'll probably still spend at least 25% of the show working the FCSA booth. In case anyone wants to stop by and say hello, I'll be the fat, ugly, middle aged guy....wait, that won't work. I'll be the guy named "Greg".

Bring good comfortable shoes, an extra pair of comfortable shoes and a third pair just in case. Expect the show to be at least double the size you think it is. If you have a daypack and or folding cart, you might want to bring it. You'll probably end up with more literature than you know what to do with.

I'm assuming that you're driving, right? When are you leaving? I'm leaving tomorrow and might stop at Crazy Otto's to fill up before I make the drive. Shoot me a PM if you wanna meet for late breakfast or lunch.
