    Serbian Christmas in Jackson

Does anybody else find this incredibly irresponsible, even though they're celebrating a tradition?

Police permitted and all are shooting blanks (said so at the end of the report). Heck, I'd be there with them!!

Looks like fun but they should still be following universal gun safety rule #2 - Don't point your muzzle at anything you don't want to destroy! Lots of sweeping and low aim shots being blasted off. Seems easy enough to accidentally mix in a live round.

When I moves to amador 3 years ago I was walking in downtown Jackson when in they pulled up just like that and started shooting. Scared the **** ome of me! Then I noticed a local cop just hanging out and watching. It was so weird....

Not too many other places in this state would let something like this take place I'd think. Of course, everyone's response is "it's neat." lol That's Amador for you!

My family is from Suffer Creek so yeah I've been to quite a few of those "events". 4th of July is absolutely nuts up there with the Slavs all celebrating for the entire week and shooting guns off etc.

As for the video, I'd be pissed if that bonehead with the over-under was sweeping me with the muzzle, blanks or not.

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.
