FFL who will receive gun between Folsom & Placerville

A buddy of mine purchased a pistol from Cabelas in Reno this weekend and he is looking for a FFL to have the gun shipped to. Can anyone please recommend a FFL that will work with him in receiving the gun and handling the paperwork?

One local place wanted a $100.00 + DROS to do the paperwork. Is there anyone out there who offers a better deal? Any help is appreciated.
