    Best State Gun Forum

This has never been ask, I perused Northwest Fireams, Nevada, Pennsylvania,.... etc. I believed that Calguns is the best state gun forum is b/c the gun owners are very responsible (ok some are not), atleast are very knowledgeable and are willing to pass on the correct information and not FUD to out of state gun dealers about our laws, and are very 2A. I'm not talking about AR15, M4Carbine, GlockTalk, and the likes.

You may disagree, but what is your favorite?

It's because CA has so many gun laws, regulations and restrictions. People start reading or ask about one specific law pertaining to them and then run across the mess of all the others and eventually educate themselves then pass that on to others. If CA was a "free state" the forum wouldn't be as informational.

There isn't as much activity in other state gun forums because their gun laws aren't as complex. Also, CA has more residents than any other state so the activity level on CGN is much higher.

What's there to talk about in other states where there are virtually no gun laws?

What I see most in say NV and AZ forums are the NFA sections are busy.

Other places, gun owners actually get to enjoy their guns, not worry about them.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Made me chuckle, although it's a sad state of affairs.

My comment was going to be along the same sort of lines

California NEEDS a site like this, to help us enjoy our guns

Amidst the onslaught of political and legislative paranoia and weirdness.

I browse the 2A section of mdshooters.com at times.
