Just thought I'd give a big thumbs up to Battle Arms. Bought a "Badass" ambi safety and was having trouble with it going on safe. I haven't taken the gun out much and thought it would wear in. So after about 4 months I Email them last night and describe the problem. I get a call from Roger today and he could not have been nicer.
They are sending me a new body, new screws because he said they changed to grade 8, a new detent and a long lever just in case I wanted to try it. I was using the short fat one.
That's really above and beyond in my book. Great company
