Gun Swabs, Clean or discard?

I bought a universal cleaning kit (for multiple Cal.) and typically I just use patches to clean out the barrels, but the kit came with some bore swabs and it said they could be cleaned but did not mention the best way to clean them.

What do you guys and gals do? Just discard and buy another or wash and keep using them? They got pretty dirty even after running a wet patch and a few dry thru the barrel, doesnt seem like they would make it thru to many cleanings before needing to be washed or replaced.

Thanks for any feedback thoughts you can give, not a big deal by any means but thought I would throw the question out there

Spray clean with Brake Kleen or Gun Scrubber. Let dry.

run them thru the laundry with your gf/wifes best clothes, I found that this works for me!

I use bore snakes... When they get really dirty, I soak them in a buckets of hot water and Simple Green then rinse them out with hot water and hang them to dry.
