New Year's range trip

Young son wanted to do a range trip today; I told him we could take whatever he wished with one provision: he had to stick around and help clean them all. He was a man of his word and stuck it out to the end. He wanted to try some of the type of firearms he uses in his shoot-em-up video games so we took a bunch of handguns and long arms.

I got to do a bit of shooting too, firing my absolute favorite handgun, the tuned and accurized 1991A1 .45

I bought it used so I don't know specifically all the steps taken on it. It has better sights, ambi safety, commander style hammer and matching grip safety, polished and throated to handle SWC rounds without a hitch. Frame and slide tightened so there is absolutely no rattle when shook, replacement trigger, sear polished, tight one piece bushing...these are just the items I can see that are obvious. The gold cup grips are a nice addition! I got the pistol and extra magazines for $650. The matt finish has a couple chips in it but that doesn't detract from the accuracy!
