Is Ruger ever going to open back up?

I sent my ruger in for service before christmas and still they are closed. WTF there is no response to why all they say is "Unforseen Circumstances" Im getting PO'ed

I am sure most manufacture closed for about 2 to 3 weeks for the holidays.

No, they're closed forever.

Seriously, it's the Monday after new years. They're probably not open yet. I wouldn't even expect anything until tomorrow.

They figured out santa doesn't exist and it was all in their heads. Many companies take 2 weeks off, repair and retool for the next year during the break.

Most manufacturing companies close or go limited shifts from Christmas to New Years. Nothing unusual.
